Who Am I?
Dates: August 6-19, 2023
Place: Oceanwood, Ocean Park, ME
Check-In: 2:30-3:30PM Sunday, August 6th
Pick Up: 1PM Saturday, August 19th
Cost: $1225 ($150 deposit to register)
Age Requirement: You must be at least 14 years of age and entering the 9th grade by August 1st, 2023.
Who Am I?
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6
During CYC 2023 we will explore the “I am” statements of Jesus and consider our own identities in Christ. Through chapel services, vespers, and evening programs we will let this theme and verse guide our contemplations.
Chaplain
Simeon Damas
Rev. Simeon Damas, pastor of First Baptist Church of Tewksbury, has been selected as our Chaplain for 2023. He is a former youth pastor and has a served as a “Pastor in Residence” for Oceanwood camps. He lives in Tewksbury with his wife, Robin, and their three children. We look forwarded to his leading of chapel services.

Christian Youth Conference is a FULL two week summer camp experience, below is just a sampling of what campers will experience.
Live Concert
Our favorite praise band, Live2Love Worship, will be joining us again for a concert at the band stand. We’re excited to have them back to lead us in worship. It is always a meaningful and inspiring experience.

Off Campus Trips
Consistently a favorite among campers, we will be going to a nearby amusement park. We will also be visiting nearby Fort Williams State Park for a relaxing day of recreation and sightseeing.
Faith Based Content
Daily chapel services, daily classes, evening programs, a communion service, cabin devotions, vespers, and prayer groups are just some of the components of our faith based program.

Financial Aid is Available
CYC hopes that no one will be unable to attend due to an inability to pay. To that end, we can offer direction toward several potential sources of financial aid.
