CYC relies on volunteers like you!
Every year dozens of volunteers volunteer countless hours to make CYC happen. From first year camp counselors to the members of the board of directors nearly every role at CYC is a volunteer position. Without our volunteers we would not be able to provide the amazing experience that we provide to our campers.
Volunteer Opportunities
These are the types of roles that we are always looking for help with. If you are called to serve in one of these roles please provide your contact information and we will reach out to you.
Camp Counselor
Be a member of our at camp staff and help lead a cabin of campers through the two week Christian Youth Conference program. Camp counselors must be at least 18 years in age.
Faculty
If you are you called to teach teens in a welcoming Christian environment then this might be the role for you. We have opportunities for the whole two weeks, a single week or even a single day.
Worship Leaders
Our mornings start with a time of worship and music. If you have musical talents you want to share this could be the role for you.
Outside Camp Roles
While CYC is two weeks long there is 50 weeks of work to make those two weeks happen. We are always looking for people to help plan, market, recruit, etc.
Paid roles at CYC
Camp Nurse
The camp nurse lives on site with CYC and dispenses meds and deals with any medical situations that arise. You must be a doctor, nurse, or EMT to fill this role.
Chaplain
The chaplain lives on site with CYC and provides a daily chapel service to our students and camp staff.
